Installing programs on a Microsoft 2000 Server when using Terminal Services Client

Situation:

When trying to install a program on a Microsoft 2000 Server when using the Terminal Services Client you get a Terminal Server Install Failure stating that you must be in install mode.

Problem:

You need to switch the server into manual install mode.

Solution:

Open a console by going to start, run, cmd.  enter change user /install.  To switch back after the installation, enter change user /execute.
